Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to either their commercial activity or their independent professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

Our standard return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since receipt of the product, we will generally not be able to offer you a refund or an exchange.

The cancellation period is 30 days from the day:

On which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered, or are to be delivered, together;

Or the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, if you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately.

If customs duties arise as a result of the return, they must be paid directly by the customer. If this is not possible, they will be deducted from the refund amount.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at oneminutewithgod@bevitalis.store by means of a clear statement, for example by email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Unless we have agreed otherwise with you, the right of withdrawal does not apply, among other cases, to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery. This applies to beauty products and/or products intended for direct application or use on the body.

Recurring orders that are part of a subscription will not be accepted for return if there is no evidence of an error on our part, such as an incorrect number of items or product damage, because the customer agrees to receive those items on a recurring basis during each specified period and has already received the product previously. In this case, if the subscription remains active, the amount will continue to be charged until the subscription is cancelled or paused, and these orders are excluded from the right of return.
