All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

Due to the high volume of orders handled by shipping carriers, delays may occur that are outside our control.

The estimated shipping time is usually 7 to 14 business days. These timeframes are approximate and indicative and may be shorter or longer depending on the circumstances; however, they will never exceed 30 business days.

Shipping Protection

Customers who selected shipping protection at checkout are covered and may request a full refund or a free replacement order in the following cases:

  • Orders lost in transit, such as tracking errors, no tracking updates, or unknown carrier location.
  • Orders delivered to the wrong address due to a carrier error.
  • Orders stolen during delivery.
  • Orders that arrive broken, damaged, unusable, or defective due to shipping conditions.

Orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier to the address provided by the customer are not covered by this policy.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer free shipping on orders over $50 USD. This threshold may vary throughout the year depending on promotions or other factors.

We also offer a paid shipping option with priority processing.

Both shipping options typically have an estimated delivery timeframe of 7 to 14 business days. Delays may occur due to high demand or other external factors. We appreciate your patience.

How Can I Check the Status of My Order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 5 days to become available.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 60 days after you receive the product, provided that the item is unused and in its original condition.

We will refund the full order amount minus the return shipping costs.
